We are spinning up a lightweight process for supporting Ad Hoc Groups.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 1: Consider what you\u2019re interested in working on!<\/h3>\n<p>To start, think about:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topic \/ Problem: <\/strong>What are we trying to explore or fix?<br \/>\n<strong>Why now?:<\/strong> Urgency or opportunity<br \/>\n<strong>Expected outcome: <\/strong>E.g. guide, event, research summary, prototype<br \/>\n<strong>Timeframe:<\/strong> E.g. 4\u20138 weeks<br \/>\n<strong>Point person(s):<\/strong> 1\u20132 coordinators<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlight\">As an example, imagine you lead a CC chapter and you\u2019re having a hard time finding new members. You could convene an ad-hoc working group with other chapters (perhaps some who also have a hard time with this and others who do it well) to discuss strategies. Then you could share your findings with the border community. <\/div>\n<h3>Step 2: Gauge Interest<\/h3>\n<p>Let folks know in Zulip! Reach out to your local communities! Who is interested in working with you on this?
